M&S Personalised Reward Statement

The story

London-based retailer M&S needed to communicate with employees regarding the value of benefits they receive. The giant retailer worked with dsicmm to create variable-colour digital booklets driven by each employee’s profile. Goals were to:

  • Help thousands of employees at hundreds of locations understand the benefits they enjoy
  • Integrate data from nine internal and external sources, creating one clear, concise document
  • Keep costs within the previous budget
