Adobe® CS3 Trial-DVD Campaign

The story

Adobe Systems wanted to excite prospects about its new Creative Suite™3 (CS3) family of products. Adobe worked with Impress, a communications provider introduced to them by Xerox, to create their first campaign. Completely automated, the campaign consisted of print, DVDs, Web and email –all personalisedfor one-to-one impact. Goals included:

  • Improve communications and encourage trial use
  • Create multiple customer touch points for increased response
  • Upgrade existing CS1 or CS2 customers to CS3
